The CX & Sales Generalist is a detail-oriented professional who will manage B2B bookings, account success, and lead generation for Otto's corporate mobility platform.
This role focuses on three key areas:
You'll work directly with company admins, travelers, and our supplier network to ensure smooth operations of our corporate rental service.
Ideally, you have 2-5 years of experience in customer experience, account management, or sales, particularly in SaaS or tech-enabled travel industries.
You're a strong communicator who's comfortable learning and explaining software, with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
This role offers significant growth potential into CX management, enterprise sales, or customer success leadership as Otto expands.
We hope this person would also be able to grow into a role of helping with Sales Support and Business Development across all rentals, meaning individuals, not just corporate partners.
Note: This may also entail helping support the growth and development of our Car Rental suppliers, and how well they use the Otto SaaS, because if we don’t have enough quality suppliers to fulfill demand from corporates and individuals, then it doesn’t matter how much demand we have.
