The CX Generalist & Growth Hacker is a highly technical, creative problem solver who leverages technology to enhance personal capacity, drive efficiency, and increase overall effectiveness across multiple functional areas.

This multifaceted role combines customer experience management, growth marketing, sales support, and contributions to product strategy and development, significantly impacting Otto’s growth and customer lifecycle. This role explicitly owns customer support and success for both the SaaS (Rental Partner) and Marketplace (Customer) sides of Otto’s business.
