Nomination Timeline
- Performance Concerns Identified: Identified as they arise
- Nomination Initiation: Document a case for nomination over ~60 to 90 days
- Nomination Due Diligence: ~15 to 60 days
- Decision Making: Done once every 2 months during Sr. Leadership meeting (or sooner if urgent)
- Communication: Decision (including timeline for deferrals) is communicated within 1 week of decision
